The recipients must be participating in an athletic capacity in a local league, or representing the City of Cambridge in the league in which the team participates. • There will be no restriction on age. • There will be no discrimination between sexes. • The term “sport” will include all sport activities recognized by Provincial Sport Organization (PSO). • There will be no restriction on caliber or level of competition. • Sportsmanship, behaviour and deportment are to be considered. • There is to be no restriction as to amateur or professional status. • The award is to be awarded a maximum of once per year not necessarily every year. • In the event of a tie, the Selection committee has the option to choose more than one team.• A team is defined as more than two (2) persons. • There will be no more than a maximum of four (4) non-participating persons on a team.
